The hotel overall was really good. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful and very polite. Checkin procedure was very smooth. Main reception, hall and restaurant area was very nice and clean. Over all hotel ambiance and lights were very nice calm. Decor was really good, bell boys, house keepings, waiters, chefs, main receptionists all of them super welcoming and have positive attitude.

Breakfast was very good being buffet style.. Rooms were great and very clean. One drawback was that you are unable to open the window blinds so room was in permanent darkness - although I think this was a security issue.

Staff were always available, offered assistance, and regularly checked to see if I needed anything. The dinner buffet each night was superb, ample selection and a variety of both desi and international/western cuisine.

staff was courteous, welcoming and professional. rooms were clean and comfortable. food was awesome, quantity and quality both, fresh juices of 4 diff types, not a norm in Pakistan even at PC or Marriot so it was a pleasant surprise. and the idea of executive lounge and the service all great

I recently stayed at a Ramada hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which was spacious, clean, and modern. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a large flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

All the staff were exceptional. During our stay our children became ill. The CEO personally saw that a Dr's visit was organised for us. The hotel escorted us back and forth from the hotel to the Dr's surgery, assisted us with collecting the medication and ensured any further needs were met. The doctor we met was very professional and good with the children. Overall we were made feel very welcomed by this Hotel!! Very good attitude all around by all staff, top to bottom.

Lovely stay at Ramada. Very friendly, understanding and accommodating staff. Facilities were what you'd expect them to be from a good hotel. Mango shake was delicious and loved the CoNaturals toiletry that was provided.
